Leadership for China
A person taking up a leadership position in a Chinese automotive plant (as the only Western person among Chinese managers) dealt with huge challenges and insider-outsider ethics. We coached her for ± one year on how to build her position and credibility within her team and within the company. Her positive feedback reflected our added value of helping her in her activities in China and in her role as a leader among Chinese directors and of her Chinese team.
A person taking up a leadership position in the pharmaceutical sector in China requested coaching on leadership and project management in China, on motivating a Chinese team, and on dealing with Chinese customers, but also on social and demographic aspects and health systems in China. In preparation for her leadership position in China she wanted to visit Chinese families with different profiles and backgrounds. We connected her with families in different places across China, organized home visits, accompanied and coached her to help her become acquainted with the Chinese market.
